Advanced 3D Printing Technologies
FDM (Fused Deposition Modelling
Layer-bylayer thermoplastic printing for strong, functional parts. Excellent for prototypes, fixtures, and durable end-use components with a wide range of engineering materials.
Build volume:
single colour: 500 x 500 x 500 mm
multi-colour: 250 x 250 x 250 mm
Layer resolution: 0.12mm to 0.35mm
Materials: ABS, ASA, PETG, PLA, Nylon, TPU, Carbon fibre and glass fibre composites, and more.
MSLA (Masked Stereolithography)
High-resolution resin printing using UV light. Delivers exceptional detail and smooth surfaces, perfect for intricate features, smooth finishes, and fine details.
Build volume: 220 x 200 x 180 mm
Layer resolution: 0.05mm
Materials: standard, ABS-like, tough, high temperature, and casting resins.
Materials for Business Applications
FDM dilaments
- PLA: Great for decorative items, available in tons of colours including silk, metallic, and colour changing options. Affordable and eco-friendly, good detail and smooth finish, not for outdoor or high-heat use.
- ABS: Traditional strong plastic. Heat and impact resistant. Good for parts that need durabilty. Can be smoothed with acetone vapour for glass-like finish.
- ASA: As good as ABS with the added UV resistance.
- PETG: The workhouse material for functional parts. Strong and durable for everyday use, some moisture and chemical resistance, good for items that need to last.
- Nylon (PA): Excellent durability, wear resistance, flexibility
- TPU: Flexible rubber-like material. Soft and bendable, great for grips, gaskets, flexible parts and shock absorbtion.
- Specialty materials: Carbon fibre reinforced for maximum strength.
Wood-filled filament for natural apperance
Glow-in-the-dark for that extra touch
Dual colour and multicolour materials
Professional Resins
- Standard resins: Best all-around choice for miniatures and figurines. Excellent detail capture. Smooth surface finish. Multiple colours available. Can be painted any colour.
- Tough resins: When you need durability. Impact resistant, good for gaming pieces that get handled. Similar strength to ABS plastic.
- High temperature resins: Heat deflection up to 160°C and 230°C.
- Castable resins: For making master to cast your own
- High detail resin: Matt colour finish and very fine detail. Ideal for painted miniatures and figurines.

Upload your 3D files (STL, STEP, OBJ, 3MF, IGES) through our secure quote form. Include any specific requirements regarding material, finish, or timeline.
Don’t have a 3D file? No problem. Send us drawings, sketches, or even photos of existing parts, and we’ll discuss options including:
- Recommended design partners,
- 3D scanning services for reverse engineering,
- Simple design services for straightforward parts.
2. Free Consultation
Within 24 hours (often sooner), our team will:
- Review your design for printability,
- Recommend optimal printing orientation and supports,
- Suggest material options for your application,
- Identify any potential issues or improvements,
- Provide a detailed, transparent quote with timeline.
We never surprise you with hidden fees. Our quotes include everything: material, labour, post-processing, and standard shipping.
3. Design optimisation
If we identify opportunities to improve your design, we’ll explain:
- What could be optimised and why,
- Impact on cost, strength, or print time,
- Your options to proceed as-is or with modifications
The decision is always yours. We’re to advise, not dictate.
4. Production Begins
Once you approve the quote, your project enters our production queue. We send order confirmation with expected completion date.
For larger projects, we provide progress updates.
Rush service is available for urgent needs.
5. Quality Control
Every part undergoes inspection:
- Dimensional accuracy verification,
- Surface quality check,
- Support material removal and clean-up,
- Post-processing (if specified),
- Final inspection before packing.

By default we offer free Next-Day shipping on orders over £50.
